Compare Noise Cancellation Bluetooth Headsets

Bluetooth’s are very convenient and useful but they are also very different in style, features and name brands.  Some of these are really good, some aren’t.  You really need to look around and make sure you get everything you want.  When you find one or two that have everything you like you should then see how the price compares and choose the best one from there.  You shouldn’t look at price first because price doesn’t make a good Bluetooth headset.

I will compare three noise cancellation headsets that have Bluetooth.  A noise cancellation headset has three major features that should be mentioned first.  The first is style.  Some of these Bluetooths have boom mics to make it easier for the other person to hear you.  This also helps cut down on the ambient noise.  Some like the Jawbone have what’s called noise assassin.  This is the same as noise cancellation.  This is an over the ear mic Bluetooth.  The other style is the over the head kind.  These look just like the stereo headsets you use to listen to your stereo.

This may look a little geeky but there are the best when it comes to cutting down on noise cancellation.  This is because the ears are covered fully and they are less likely to get ambient sound through them.  The headphones that have noise cancellation sound better and have less dropped calls.  The Blueant wireless XS has what’s called Advanced Audio Distribution.  It isn’t very different then what the noise cancellation does, which is that they both cut down on the ambient sound so you can hear the music or the person on the other end of the line.

It’s a personal choice whether or not you want an over the ear mic or if you want a Bluetooth headset that goes over your head.  They both have their pros and cons  like Motorola H500 have the ear hook.  This helps to keep your headset  in your ear.  Then there is the headphones that go over your head.  This Bluetooth has a rigid plastic strap that goes over your head.  These are great for offices or for people that listen to music a lot.  Another decision you have to make is whether you want ear buds that fit into your ears or do you want the soft coverings that go over your ears like the Jabra BT 620’s.  Buying a noise cancellation Bluetooth can be a little overwhelming but if you do your homework and compare all the ones you like and choose from there you should get the right one.  If Motorolas are what you like compare the different models to find the one you like.
