If you are looking for a laser printer for your office there are probably a number of things that you need to consider before you make any type of purchase. Nowadays there are many manufacturers out there that can supply exactly what you’re looking for namely Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Xerox, Epson, Brother, Lexmark and I’m sure a few others that I am forgetting about.
A laser printer will allow you to print documents quicker than an inkjet printer. You also need to make a decision whether you want the printer to be an all in one to include fax, photocopying and printing there are many good options out there that can allow you to do this and still print quality quickly.
Another expense that many people seem to forget when purchasing a printer for an office is networking. Do you require an RJ45 port in the printer, this will allow you to use category 5 patch cables are connected directly to your network. The reason you need to be aware of this is that some of the high-end printers come with this built-in and some, without it it is an extra cost to include a network card in your printer.

Having this will allow you to print from an office in meeting room or even the canteen where you’re relaxing. No need for cables nobody can trip over and it does make a lot of sense.
One area that many people neglect to think about when you’re practicing your printer is the cost of the printer cartridges. Generally, we see many manufacturers selling their laser printers at reasonable costs only to discover later that the printer cartridge might be quite expensive. Although they printer cartridge may last for up to 10,000 printouts you are still going to be paying quite expensive for this and you just need to be aware of the ongoing costs of not just the upfront cost of the hardware itself.
My advice is always to make sure to shop around and find a printer that gives you lots of options and features that you think you’ll need. Make sure you check pricing with competitors to see what they have to offer, because this is a competitive market there are always lots of opportunities for us consumers to save money.
