This makes it easy to do any repairs because you don’t have to do anything but bring it back to the store you bought it from. But if you didn’t buy the extended warranty and don’t want to buy a new printer you can try to fix it yourself. Just remember these tips and everything should be ok.
- Before you do anything make sure the printer is off and unplugged both from the power supply and the computer.
- Use the user guide to try and fix any problems you have with your Lexmark printer.
- Only use Lexmark or approved parts with your printer.
- Don’t get over you head. If you don’t think you can do it, don’t.
