LG are planning to move into the Google Android market with their first Android mobile phone namely the LG KS360.
The KS360 handset is not a new phone as it has previously already been released by LG. They plan to release the phone again with the new Android operating system. The phone comes with a slide out QWERTY keyboard and a 2 megapixel camera.
According to Jeremy Newing, LG Marketing Manager “This year is all about social networking and Android obviously opens a world of possibilities”
The phone is expected to be released later this summer 2009.
