lastminute.com launches iPhone phrasebook
In the UK lastminute.com have just launched a free talking phrasebook in six different languages. The apps is available for the iPhone and the iTouch and is available in French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
The idea behind the phrasebook is to help their customers when they travel top other countries when asking for directions, help, hiring a car and even small talk. Each of the apps holds over 500 sound files covering all elements that should help when travelling like eating, travel and a one report says “even flirting”.
As it’s free it’s all a chance for lastminute.com to get some branding on the application, but if they paid for development and it’s free that’s what we would expect.
