Orange In The UK Set To Launch Pay As You Go Blackberry
We’ve been waiting for this to happen for a while but now the economy is not great, networks are seeing customers switching from Pre Paid phones to Pay as you go in their droves so now they have decided to make the Blackberyr available as a PAYG phone.
The first to move on this are Orange in the UK who are launching the BlackBerry Pearl 8120 for £145. Once you have purchased the phone you can simply choose one of Orange’s existing PAYG packages, Orange’s PAYG BlackBerry Internet Service is £5 per month, on a monthly rolling subscription.
I’m sure we’ll see other networks jumping on this idea in the next few months.
