Introducing the Sony Ericsson Premier 3
Little bit of a change in naming conventions for Sony Ericsson with this new clamshell phone, but here we have the Sony Ericsson Premier 3. The phone is another addition to Japanese phone operator KDDi’s portfolio who seem to be getting all the cool phones, but they are years ahead of us here in Europe.
The Premier 3 comes with a 3.5mm plug which can be plugged into a CD player and you can rip CD’s directly, which is a nice addition saving you hooking it up to a computer and copying your songs across. In terms of spec the it comes with a 3 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, GPS, Infrared and 50MB internal memory, 3” VGA like screen (854 x 480).
One thing to note the phone comes with a Micro SD card slot, which can take only 2GB of memory (you get a 2GB card with the phone) but is this big enough for music? not really sure considering the fact that it is a music phone.
The phone will be available by Q2 as part of Spring Collection 2009.
