iPhone Invaders Fun
I’m an old git because I remember when Space Invaders was out. If I remember it cost about 10p a game back in the 1980′s or was that the 70′s I can’t remember. Anyway I just came across this version for the iPhone or iTouch and as soon as I finish this I’ll be download a copy.
The game retains the original look and feel and sound effects, which to be honest looking at today’s games seem a little dated but who cares. For mindless fun I like nothing better then shooting little green men you don’t have to have a degree in maths to work things out like in some games you just point and fire.
The game is now available to download from the Apple Apps store, but if you live in the USA for some reason it’s not available yet. If you were ever a Space Invaders fan or maybe you want to be one, or if you just like retro arcade games, Invaders is well worth a look. It’s available in the App Store now, and costs $0.99.
