Sony Ericsson announces the W508
The Sony Ericsson W508 was announced today, the W508 is the replacement for the W308. The Video below has a great overview of what you’ll get when if you buy this phone, but lets have a little look at the specs and features.
Again like the W308 it’s aimed at the music walkman market and come with Music player menu, TrackID for searching for music after you’ve sampled it and also text search which I’ve not actually seen working yet. You also get a 1GB M2 memory card which will store music.
The phone comes with a spare style cover, which is nice to have. For your money you’ll also get a 3.2 mega pixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and a 2.2″ internal screen, quad-band GSM / EDGE, 2100 MHz UMTS / HSDPA. Sony Ericsson has also added the YouTube player in the media center, which is a nice move.
