iPhone 3G maybe sold by other networks in France
Exclusivity is not worth the paper it’s written on according to the French Competition Council. Orange signed a 5-year deal with Apple to have exclusive rights to sell the iPhone this has now been overturned as they are saying that it has negative effects on the competitiveness of the local mobile market.
So this means the other networks in France can now sell the iPhone 3G
I know laws are different in other countries but I wonder if this will happen in Ireland? Will we see a Vodafone iPhone? Will we see a Meteor iPhone? Will we see a three iPhone?
