Wal-Mart to sell 8GB Apple iPhone 3G
It looks like Walmart the world’s biggest retailer is going to be selling the best selling handset for $197. For the past week the rumours have been flying around the Internet that this was going to happen.
Now these are all rumours and it’s hard to know what will happen but the 8GB iPhone is said to go on sale on December 28th for $197 then a week or so later Walmart will be selling a 4GB version of the iPhone for $99.
Nice pricing compared to what we pay here in Europe, I wonder if a 4GB version will hit Europe in the next few months, my guess is yes why not if the market is still there for a two year old phone why not milk as much out of this if you can.
