Vodafone Blackberry Storm Software Issues
Not sure if this is the case here in Ireland, but Vodafone in the UK are having software issues with the Storm. The faults are fueling customers to complain and return a big chunk of phones to Vodafone Stores.
The issues seem to be around the auto rotate function and also issues with the touch-screen response.
We highlighted issues with the Storm on back in November and it seems as if Vodafone where keen to get the phone on the shelves before Christmas, despite clearly faults still on the phone.
It’s not uncommon for new phone’s to have software issues when released we see it all the time. If you have a Blackberry Storm maybe it’s just a waiting game for the new update to be released before you’re issues are fixed.
