The Android Dev Phone is now available
Getting your hands on an Android has been a little problem for those that live outside the US (and now the UK) until now. Google have released the Android Dev Phone 1, which will come Sim Free and unlocked. The idea behind this is to allow developers in other markets work on the OS before it hit that local market.
If your looking to get one you first need to sign up as an Android developer on the Android Market site, they have a charge of $25 on this. Then you can simply buy one from the site for $399. The phone is said to be available in 18 markets.
