Walmart set to Sell 4GB iPhone 3G For $99
Not really sure if this is true or not but rumour has it that Walmart in the US are preparing to sell an entry-level iPhone 3G with 4GB of storage for just $99.
When we hear stories like this it’s sometimes hard to know if it’s real or not until it’s officially announced. in terms of pricing this would be the lowest ever for the best-selling handset.
Besides the memory size no other difference is expected and the phone will still have be identical to existing 8GB and 16GB versions. Of course this will be on a two-year contract with AT&T and pricing I’d say would be the same in terms of price plans.
