The Sciphone Dream G2 Android Phone

If like me your waiting to see the Google Android G1 and feeling a little left out as the networks in Ireland decide to bring this into the country, not sure if any of them are even looking at this. Anyway the Chinese are up to there old tricks and have decided to come out with there own modified version.

Chinese phone manufacturer Sciphone have decided to release there own version of the G1 namely the “Dream G2″ but using a modified version of Android. The phone is said to appear much the same with pretty much the same UI with some stock apps replaced with custom Messaging, Media and Google Mobile apps.

It’s will come with a 2.8″, 320×240 res, 262K TFT screen, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4 MP camera with auto-focus and FM radio.

So far no pricing is available and it’s said to be released on November 28th.
