The Samsung M8800 Bresson Released
According to a Russian website Smape.com the 8 megapixel Samsung M8800 Bresson have been announced (as we expected today anyway).
The touchscreen phone is the replacement fo the Samsung F490 and from the photos looks like a nice phone.
The guys in Russia have had time to review this today and have a little time to test the phone.
The specs include:
- Quad band GSM, tri-band HSDPA
- Qualcomm MSM6281 chipset
- Native Samsung OS
- 3.2″ 240×400px TFT Display
- 8 megapixel camera (3264×2448) with VGA video recording at 30 fps
- FM Radio with RDS
- Built-in accelerometer
- 100MB of user memory
- microSD card slot
One thing I just noticed with the phone is it has no WiFi which I think all high-end phones should really have a standard now.
The M8800 will start shipping next month and should be in and around 500 euro.
